Compliance is an integral part of our recruitment process and structure.

Our Compliance Manager and recruitment consultants work together from the registration process until a fully validated candidate. This is vital as it helps us to only supply quality staffing to our clients.

Our Compliance Manager and Operations Manager turn down between 5 -10 applications and candidates per week based on DBS checks, Right to Work and references.

This team also reviews all feedback and serious complaints to ensure the correct and appropriate action is taken. This includes assessments, re-assessments, spot checks and supervision checks.

DBS – Disclosure and Barring Service

The Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA) have now merged into the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

We ensure all staff undergo a DBS check, which states our company as the issuer.

Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)

As part of our legal requirements, we ensure that we provide correctly qualified professionals. We, therefore, conduct a professional registration check with the above regulatory body, the NMC.

These checks are to ensure that our candidates meet the correct standards of qualifications to do the job that is being offered. Any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory registration check.
